Roles and Responsibilities - Strong Networking experience with good debugging skill related to network issue ranging from L2 - Understanding of Routing Protocols / Firewall / Load Balancers - Ability to understand customer issue and convert them into problem reproduction internally - Good Documentation skills - Ability to create customer facing Root Cause Analysis Documents / KB Articles - Must know when to engage engineering and when not to by assessing the situation and impact - Excellent Communication Skills - Must be able to face customer directly to explain the problem - Communicate effectively - Positive understanding of Release Management Good to have: - Good hands on experience in Network Virtualization - can be Citrix / VMware or other hypervisor platforms - Any experience in debugging and troubleshooting NSX - V | NSX-T and VMware ESX is an added bonus Qualification: Any Graduation Certification: CCNA + MCSA Experience: 3+ Years Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Compensation: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year Benefits: - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Shift: - Day shift Work Days: - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Work Location: In person .
