The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in providing on-floor support,managing user accounts as an L1 administrator in Active Directory,and participating in shift and on-call support operations Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP,DNS,DHCP). . Ability to work in a shift-based environment and provide on-call support when required Required Skills & Qualifications .
