About the role
Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or IT infrastructure support roles. Proven experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems. Strong knowledge of desktop imaging tools and deployment processes. Experience working with thin client environments and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Familiarity with L1-level Active Directory administration. Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and replacement of desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Good understanding of basic networking concepts, including IP, DNS, and DHCP. Ability to work in a shift-based environment and provide on-call support when required.
