Team Lead | Azure Infrastructure (Delhi)

We are hiring an experienced Team Lead Azure Infrastructure & Digital Services Operations with 812 years of experience in Azure Cloud, Infrastructure Operations, and 24x7 Production Support. Key Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of team management experience leading Infrastructure/Cloud Operations teams. - Strong hands-on expertise in Azure IaaS (VMs, VNets, NSG, Load Balancer, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, Bastion, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Storage, Backup, ASR, AVD, RBAC). - Experience managing P1/P2 Major Incidents, RCA, Problem Management, SLA/KPI compliance, and ITIL processes. - Hands-on with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, LogicMonitor, Splunk, or Grafana. - Robust knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Windows Server, basic Linux, networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, TCP/IP). - Exposure to PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform/Bicep/ARM, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (basic). - Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, stakeholder management, and operational governance. - Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, and ITIL v4 are highly preferred.
