The company focuses on deploying intelligent, production-grade AI and cloud systems that solve complex operational challenges. ## About the Role Novetum is hiring a DevOps Intern for a 6-month onsite internship in Hyderabad. This role is designed for early-career candidates with hands-on exposure to AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux-based system operations. The intern will work closely with engineering teams to manage cloud infrastructure, deployments, and production environments while gaining real-world experience in DevOps practices. ## Key Responsibilities ### Cloud Infrastructure & AWS - Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, and CloudWatch - Monitor system health, availability, logs, alerts, and performance metrics - Support infrastructure provisioning and environment setup ### CI/CD & Deployments - Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments (dev, test, staging, production) - Handle application deployments, rollback processes, and release coordination - Automate build, test, and deployment workflows ### Linux & System Administration - Manage Linux-based servers, user access, permissions, and configurations - Troubleshoot server and environment-related issues - Ensure operational stability of systems ### Automation & Scripting - Develop scripts using Bash, Shell, or Python for automation tasks - Automate deployments, backups, and routine maintenance activities ### Monitoring & Operations - Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems - Troubleshoot incidents and ensure system uptime and reliability - Maintain operational documentation and runbooks ### Collaboration & Support - Work closely with developers and stakeholders for smooth releases - Support internal tools and systems, including access management and O365 administration - Ensure security and compliance best practices are followed ## Learning Outcomes - Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments - Exposure to real-world CI/CD pipelines and production systems - Strong foundation in DevOps automation and infrastructure management Novetum builds AI-driven systems that integrate into real business workflows to automate and optimize enterprise operations.
