About the role
Required Skills: Design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) solutions. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Develop reusable automation components and scalable frameworks. Build attended and desktop automation solutions to enhance end-user productivity. Integrate automation workflows with enterprise applications, web applications, APIs, databases, and legacy systems. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, and RPA development best practices. Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Support deployment, release management, and production environments. Prepare solution design documents, process flows, technical specifications, and project estimates. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of professional experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA), or Intelligent Automation. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, NICE, and OpenSpan/Pega Robotics. Experience working with Windows desktop applications, web applications, and legacy systems. Strong knowledge of API integrations, databases, and scripting languages. Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, MedTech, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is an added advantage.
