Senior Product Owner

Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories. Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder inputs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure product features meet customer needs and quality standards. Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to align product strategy with business goals. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in backlog management and sprint planning. Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong stakeholder management and communica1on skills. Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Understanding product lifecycle management. Experience working in product-based companies is preferred. Knowledge of UX/UI principles. Exposure data-driven product decision-making. Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priori1es effectively. Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
