Role Overview: You will be responsible for analyzing data and developing actuarial models to support pricing and risk management for General Insurance products. Your role will involve using statistical techniques to forecast claims, analyze trends, and help determine pricing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain actuarial models for pricing and reserving. - Analyze claims data to identify trends and patterns. - Prepare actuarial reports and presentations. - Collaborate with other teams, including underwriting and product development. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of actuarial techniques and industry best practices. - Support regulatory compliance requirements. - Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and reporting. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field. - Relevant actuarial certifications (e.g., ACIA, FCIA) are a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience working with large datasets.
