NTT DATA is looking for experienced Fenergo Implementation Consultants to join strategic banking transformation projects focused on Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, and Client Onboarding for Irish and European banking clients. Location - Chennai (Work from Office) Shift - US Shift Experience - 4 to 9 years Key Responsibilities Participate in end-to-end Fenergo implementation projects. Configure and customize Fenergo workflows, rules engine, data models, and UI components. Work closely with Business, Compliance, Operations, and IT stakeholders. Support KYC, AML, onboarding, and remediation processes. Ensure compliance with EU and Irish regulations (AMLD, GDPR, MiFID II). Collaborate on API/system integrations. Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, design documents, and test cases. Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Required Skills 4 to 10 years of Fenergo implementation experience. Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, CLM, and banking onboarding processes. Hands-on experience in Fenergo configuration, workflow, and rule design. Experience working with global banking clients. Understanding of EU/UK/Irish regulatory frameworks. Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Irish/European banking clients. Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, Java, or .NET. Agile/Scrum delivery experience. Fenergo Certification (preferred).
