Security Managed Services Engineer (L3)

Role Overview: You will be a Security Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, responsible for proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems for clients. Your role will involve maintaining a high level of service through pre-emptive incident resolution activities, operational improvements, and quality assurance to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions. Additionally, you will be using your analytical thinking and deep technical expertise to achieve client outcomes while coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational - Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools, and respond to alerts - Identify problems and errors before or when they occur, and log all incidents with the required level of detail - Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls - Investigate and identify the root cause of incidents and problems for third line support calls - Report and escalate issues to 3rd party vendors if necessary - Provide continuous feedback to clients and affected parties, updating all systems and portals as prescribed - Proactively identify opportunities for work optimization and automation - Coach L2 teams for advanced technical troubleshooting and behavioral skills - Manage and implement projects within the technology domain, delivering per client requirements and timelines - Work on implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests - Perform any other related tasks as required Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing - Relevant certifications such as CCNP in Security, PCNSE certification, or Firewall Vendor related certification - Advanced technical certifications like CCIE, CISSP Additional Details: NTT DATA is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing an environment free of unfair discrimination and harassment.
