Job Title: Senior QA Automation LEAD -- Cork (Tier 2).

Location: Cork, Ireland.

Duration: Long Term Contract.

Key Requirements:

Leadership : Candidate must be comfortable leading a team.

Hybrid Testing : Expectation to perform both manual and automation testing.

Communication : Excellent communication skills are essential.

Essential Skills:

Hands-On Automation :

Selenium: Proficient in using Selenium for automation testing.

API Testing: Strong experience with API testing tools and frameworks.

Preferred Skills:

Test Planning and Execution :

Strong experience in developing and implementing test plans and test cases.

Manual Testing :

Extensive experience in performing manual testing.

QA Processes :

In-depth knowledge of implementing QA processes and methodologies.

Industry Experience :

Background in retail or online stores is advantageous.

Meeting Facilitation :

Ability to host status meetings and ad hoc working sessions.

Independent Work :

Ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Experience working with cross-functional teams to build and deliver projects.

Troubleshooting :

Ability to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.

End-to-End Validation :

Ability to coordinate end-to-end validation with various backend systems and vendors.
