About the role
Desired Competencies Technical Behavioral Competency JLPT N3 or N2 certified Fluent in reading writing and conversing in Japanese with native speakers Must have 3 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design Development Testing and Maintenance projects Knowledge and hands on experience in Software testing life cycle STLC in insurance Life P C or financial services domains Experience writing and executing detailed test cases scripts and transparent test documentation Understanding of Agile sprint-based QA and distributed team collaboration Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business IT Onsite and Offshore teams Actively involve in Application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan JST working hours Hands-on experience with automation and integration testing tools Selenium Playwright SoapUI Postman etc Familiarity with test data management and synthetic data generation GenRocket Basic SQL database testing MySQL PostgreSQL and familiarity with CI CD environments .
