WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including domain controllers, file servers, and application servers. Active Directory & Group Policies: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Virtualization Management: Administer and optimize virtual environments using Hyper-V and VMware technologies. Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage enterprise backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. Monitoring & Performance: Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity; fix and resolve system issues proactively . Patch Management: Apply system updates, patches, and service packs in accordance with security and compliance standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes. Collaboration: Work closely with network, security, and application teams to support integrated IT operations and projects. Azure Platform Administration: Manage and administer Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage, Networking, Azure AD, RBAC, and subscription governance. Perform BAU operations aligned with SOPs and runbooks. Azure Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of ownership for Azure-related production incidents.
