Job details : Role: AI / ML - Computer VisionYears of Experience Required: 1 to 6 yearsCTC: 1 to 3 years: 7 LPA to 10 LPA & 4 to 6 years: 10 LPA to 15 LPA Role Overview As a Computer Vision Specialist, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered vision solutions for construction and engineering applications. You will work with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, BIM experts, and software engineers to build scalable computer vision systems using images, videos, drone imagery, CCTV feeds, LiDAR, point clouds, and 3D data. Key Responsibilities Develop computer vision solutions for image/video analytics, object detection, segmentation, OCR, tracking, and visual inspection.Build, train, and fine-tune deep learning and foundation vision models.Design and manage image/video datasets, annotation, and data augmentation.Research and implement the latest computer vision technologies.Deploy and optimize AI models for production.Required Skills Strong Python programming with AI/ML experience.Hands-on experience with Computer Vision and Deep Learning.Expertise in CNNs, Vision Transformers (ViT), YOLO, DETR, Mask R-CNN, SAM, or similar models.Experience with object detection, image classification, segmentation, OCR, and video analytics.Knowledge of dataset preparation, model training, evaluation, and GPU optimization.Familiarity with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and Multimodal AI is a plus.Preferred Experience 1-6 years of Computer Vision experience.Experience with production AI deployment, custom model training, GPU optimization, and large-scale image/video datasets.Experience working in Agile teams.Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
