About the role
At o9, we invest in people we're looking for talented, driven individuals ready to thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment where you grow while making a real impact Our SDET team plays an active role across the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment you'll collaborate with multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced setting, contributing to the quality and success of our platform What you'll Do Design, automate, and integrate test cases based on stories/requirements for both API and UI, covering basic, alternate, and exception scenarios Identify test gaps and expand coverage by leveraging your quality and testing experience Perform functional testing and automation of web applications, including systems integrated with Hadoop/Big Data frameworks Contribute to automating core functional areas of the o9 Platform What you'll Bring UI Automation: Experience with UI automation frameworks (eg, Robotic Frameworks) Languages: JavaScript/Java, Python WebAPI Automation: Hands-on with JMeter or similar tools Database Experience: Strong SQL skills (eg, LS/IBPL) DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines Test Methodologies: Solid understanding of test case design and test strategy Tech Knowledge: Exposure to MongoDB, HBase, RabbitMQ is a plus What We Offer Competitive Salary - we'recognize and reward talent Tech Flexibility - Choose your preferred device (Windows or Mac) Hybrid Work Model - Work from home two days a week Supportive Team Culture - Work with a talented, diverse team that encourages continuous learning Inclusive Environment - We embrace diversity and global perspectives Office Perks - Healthy snacks, fresh fruit, teas, and coffee provided
