Job Description: Job Description SAP SD Consultant (OTC + OCM) Role: SAP SD Consultant OTC & OCM Project: SAP S/4HANA Transformation / Implementation Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) processes within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle. Analyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions aligned with business objectives. Knowledge on Idoc is a must Configure and support: Sales Order Processing Pricing & Condition Techniques Delivery Processing Shipping & Transportation Billing & Invoicing Credit Management Returns & Complaints Processing Output Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, TM, and MDG. Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and support Technical Specifications (TS) for custom developments. Perform system configuration, unit testing, FUT, SIT, UAT, and Hypercare support. Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate defect management and change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Support data validation, cutover planning, and deployment activities. OCM (Organizational Change Management) Responsibilities Support organizational change management activities during SAP implementation. Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation. Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops. Support business readiness and user adoption initiatives. Participate in stakeholder communications and change impact assessments. Assist with go-live readiness and post-go-live user support. Required Skills 5 10+ years of SAP SD experience. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution. End-to-end knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. Experience with: Sales Order Management Pricing Delivery Processing Billing Credit Management Output Determination Intercompany Sales Third-Party Processing Returns Management Hands-on experience with SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects. Experience with SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM is preferred. Knowledge of Agile/SAFe methodology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. Experience in consumer goods or manufacturing industries (e.g., PepsiCo/FMCG). Exposure to integration with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and TM. Experience in Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Hypercare support. Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), including user training, adoption planning, and change communication.
