ServiceNow Senior Software Developer ITAM, ITOM & Agentic AI

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. 3+ years of dedicated experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM and/or ITOM solutions. Strong expertise in: Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) CMDB Discovery Service Mapping Cloud Discovery Event Management MID Server IRE CMDB Health Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub development experience. Experience building REST and SOAP integrations. Experience implementing AI-enabled automation within enterprise platforms. Understanding of Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI governance. Strong understanding of ITIL processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. .
