Technician - PCB Assembly and Testing

Role & responsibilities Stack installation and uninstallation, including both mechanical and electrical connections, in full compliance with all safety protocols. Conduct shift walkthroughs to ensure smooth and safe operations. Execute and strictly adhere to checklist-based activities. Perform routine tester maintenance activities. Implement and sustain 5S practices in the work area. Troubleshoot and identify root causes of failures (e.g., pumps, DC power supply, thermocouples, pressure transducers, etc). Conduct shift walkthroughs to ensure smooth and safe operations. Ensure accurate and timely data entry. Provides ongoing training and education to the team to ensure its ability to execute on the Company and team goals and objectives. Builds a strong development team by ensuring effective coaching and counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Electrical Minimum 2 years of work experience in Electrical and Electronics PCBA components assembly and trouble shooting.
