Job Type: Full-Time Department: Engineering / Web Development Experience: 11.5 Years About the Role We are looking for a talented Web Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress, React.js, and Next.js. The ideal candidate is passionate about building performant, responsive, and SEO-optimized web experiences. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver exceptional digital products. Key Responsibilities - Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Build dynamic and reusable UI components using React.js following best practices and component-driven architecture. - Develop server-side rendered (SSR) and statically generated (SSG) web applications using Next.js. - Integrate WordPress as a headless CMS with React/Next.js frontends via REST API or GraphQL (WPGraphQL). - Implement responsive and mobile-first designs using CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. - Optimize web pages for speed, performance, Core Web Vitals, and SEO. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect web pages. - Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and marketing tools. - Participate in code reviews, maintain clean code standards, and write technical documentation. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across browsers and devices. Required Qualifications - 11.5 years of professional experience in WordPress and React.js development. - Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development using PHP, WP Hooks, and the Gutenberg block editor. - Robust understanding of React.js, including Hooks, state management (Redux/Context API), and component lifecycle. - Working knowledge of Next.js, including routing, SSR, SSG, ISR, and API routes. - Good command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles. - Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL for data fetching. - Familiarity with version control using Git and platforms like .
