About the role
Key Responsibilities: Manage and configure Windows servers, operating systems, and user workstations Oversee and maintain network connectivity including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi devices Troubleshoot and resolve network performance and connectivity issues Install, configure, and maintain networked printers and other peripheral devices Ensure all printers are properly integrated and accessible across the network Install, configure, and regularly update antivirus software across systems Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues Document all technical support requests, resolutions, and system configurations Maintain professionalism and ensure positive user experience during support interactions Mandatory Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in IT support (networking, Windows systems, Office, printers, Wi-Fi, antivirus) Completion of any 6-month IT course (e.g., hardware, networking, or systems) Must have own conveyance for site or user visits Ability to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service under pressure Capable of working independently and following instructions to complete tasks
