About the role
Key Responsibilities Electrical System Design Develop and design electrical systems for concrete pumps (electric boom pumps)and batching plants. Prepare detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and diagrams using CAD tools like Auto CAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into machinery Experience on Auto electrical (low voltage 24V./12 V DC) circuits, Familiarity with three phase circuit and controls Compliance and Safety Ensure that all electrical systems comply with industry standards, including IEC,NEC, and other safety regulations. Review designs for compliance with safety standards, reliability, and operational efficiency. Automation & Control Systems Design and implement automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for control of machinery. Develop motor control solutions using VFDs, servo drives, and other control systems . Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and electrical controls in machinery. Experience of working on mobile controllers. Conversant with Electro hydraulics and knowledge of proportional valve and integration with controllers. Power System Management Design electrical power systems including motor sizing, power distribution, and UPS/generator backup for batching plants Perform power consumption analysis and provide recommendations to enhance energy efficiency. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical support for resolving electrical issues during production, assembly, and field operations. Perform root cause analysis for electrical components and suggest improvements in the electrical circuits to eliminate/minimize the problems Develop and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with design, production, teams to ensure the electrical systems meet design and operational requirement
