Business Analytics - Team Lead

As a Data Analyst / Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in evangelizing and demonstrating the value and impact of analytics for informed business decision-making. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deploy analytical solutions, provide data-driven insights to business stakeholders, and solve various business nuances. Collaborating closely with Product and Business stakeholders, you will empower data-driven decision-making to drive key metrics growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Writing SQL/HIVE queries for data mining - Performing deep data analysis on MS Excel - Sharing actionable insights regularly - Performing data-driven analytics to generate business insights - Automating regular reports/MIS using tools like HIVE and Google Data Studio - Coordinating with different teams to ensure business & financial metrics are met Mandatory Technical Skills required for this role: - Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills - Impeccable business judgment - Proficiency in SQL/HIVE/Data Mining & Business Analytics - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Deriving business insights from data focusing on driving business-level metrics Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst - Ability to interact and convince business stakeholders - Hands-on experience with SQL (sub-query and complex query), Excel / Google Sheets - Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI - Ability to combine structured & unstructured data - Experience working on large datasets of the order of 5 Million - Exhibit an experimentative mindset with attention to detail If you are the right fit for this role, there is an opportunity to create wealth for yourself.
