AI Native Engineer

Job Title: AI Native Engineer We are looking for an AI Native Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and production-ready applications by combining modern web development with Generative AI systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with AI capabilities Build and integrate AI-powered features such as chatbots, automation systems, and intelligent workflows Develop backend services and APIs for scalable AI applications Work on LLM-based systems including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Required Skills Frontend Development HTML, CSS, JavaScript React.js for building dynamic user interfaces Backend Development Node.js or Python Experience with frameworks like FastAPI / Flask / Django AI / ML Skills Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) Experience with Agentic AI concepts and implementation Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering Database SQL / MySQL MongoDB or other NoSQL databases API & Integration RESTful API development and integration Experience working with third-party APIs and AI services Preferred Skills Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Knowledge of deployment, Docker, and basic DevOps practices Ability to quickly prototype AI-driven products What We Look For Strong problem-solving mindset Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment Passion for AI-first product building Ownership-driven and self-motivated attitude
