Grow with Us. www.onelabventures.com Position: DevOps Engineer (AWS | Docker | Terraform | CI/CD Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Onsite) Experience: 1–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time CTC: As per company norms Important Notes: Only Immediate Joiners preferred Candidates from Maharashtra preferred Preference for 2+ years in the same company Local Pune candidates will get priority About the Role We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-account AWS environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance, and optimizing costs while maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure. Must-Have Skills: Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, AWS ECS, ECR, EFS Compute & Messaging: AWS EC2, SQS, Amazon MQ Storage & Databases: AWS S3, RDS, ElastiCache, EFS Serverless & Cloud-Native Services: AWS Lambda, Amplify, IAM, Secrets Manager CI/CD & Automation: GitLab CI/CD, Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: Multi-Account & Security Governance Design and implement cross-account access using AWS Organizations and IAM roles Automate AWS key rotation workflows using Secrets Manager and Lambda Apply least privilege principles across environments and services Cost & Resource Management Automate tagging and cost tracking using AWS native tools Set up alerts for unusual usage patterns Rightsize resources to minimize unnecessary costs Compliance & Audit Implement policies for secure and compliant infrastructure Monitor, log, and audit environments for adherence to standards Support internal and external audits with required documentation General DevOps & Delivery Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning with Terraform Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of applications Collaborate with development teams to support AI/ML, full-stack, and software projects Good-to-Have Jenkins, AWS CDK, or experience with MLOps pipelines Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK) Familiarity with security compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) How to Apply: Drop your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] Subject Line: Application for AWS DevOps Engineer Please include: Current Location Total Relevant Experience Current CTC Expected CTC Official Notice Period Immediate Joiner (Yes/No) NOTE: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #DevOps hashtag #AWS hashtag #Docker hashtag #Terraform hashtag #CICD hashtag #CloudEngineering hashtag #HiringNow hashtag #ImmediateJoiners hashtag #PuneJobs hashtag #OnsiteJobs hashtag #TechCareers
