UI/UX Developer Role Overview As a UI/UX Developer in our product engineering team, you won't just write code?you will help shape the digital products that define our portfolio. We are looking for a highly technical, product-minded engineer (3?6 years of experience) who thrives on solving complex user interface challenges. You will own the frontend lifecycle of critical product modules, transforming dense technical requirements and large-scale data sets into seamless, highly performant user journeys. Key Responsibilities Product Implementation: Own the end-to-end frontend development of scalable product features using React (v18+), modern JavaScript, and semantic HTML5/CSS3. UI/UX Collaboration: Bridge the gap between product design and engineering. Translate Figma designs into responsive layouts using modern component libraries (Ant Design, MUI) and Bootstrap, ensuring a cohesive product design language across all viewports. Advanced Data Visualization: Design and implement highly interactive product dashboards, relationship graphs, and workflows using D3.js, C3.js, and React Flow. Architecture Evolution: Actively develop and maintain our modular Microfrontend ecosystem and Monorepo structure to support multi-team product scaling and independent deployments. Product Performance: Champion UI performance, optimization, and accessibility (WCAG), ensuring our product remains lightning-fast under heavy data loads. Engineering Excellence: Write clean, modular, and thoroughly tested components using React Testing Library that contribute to our internal UI library. Participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high product standards. Required Skills Experience Experience: 3 to 6 years of core engineering experience, ideally within a product-based company or a fast-paced product engineering environment. Frontend Core: Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React 18+ (including concurrent features, hooks, and state management), HTML5, and CSS3. Component Libraries UI/UX: Strong mastery of component libraries like Ant Design and MUI , alongside Bootstrap and Responsive Design. You have a strong visual intuition and care deeply about minor details like spacing, alignment, and transitions. Unit Testing: Proven experience writing robust unit tests for UI components and hooks using React Testing Library . Data Workflow Visualizations: Proven track record of implementing complex data diagrams or node-based canvases using D3.js, C3.js, or React Flow. Architectural Literacy: Direct experience working in a Microfrontend architecture and managing code isolation within a Monorepo.
