About the role
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manages the Calibration Laboratory daily activities.
Plans, implements and periodically reviews improvement actions to attain laboratory goals.
Performs calibration, adjustment and repair of the company’s calibration standards and shop-floor measuring equipment.
Designs and implements calibration system and process improvements.
Write and revise calibration procedures
Evaluates committed preventive actions on discrepant and non compliant equipment and recommends alternatives as appropriate
Measurement system and instrument consultant for Manufacturing.
Support external audits (certification body and customer audits) when scope includes internal audit process.
Performs external cal lab system and internal audits
Defines and implement effective ESD control systems to conform to applicable international and industry standards and customer requirements and assure product and personnel safety.
Performs other tasks as maybe directed by the Supervisor.
