About the role
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of device, process integration and industrialization engineers.
Drive the development and qualification of next-generation Power MOSFET technologies and initial product implementations.
Define and execute technology and product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Manufacturing, Operations, Business Units, Program Management, Product Line Management, and Quality & Reliability.
Lead cross-functional decision-making processes and ensure alignment across teams.
Proactively manage risks and leverage best practices and lessons learned to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and address potential reliability and manufacturability concerns early in the development cycle.
Communicate project status, risks, and forecasts effectively to internal teams and executive leadership.
Represent the organization in technical and strategic discussions with internal and external partners.
