About the role
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience
Strong data analysis skills
Able to travel as required (this is expected to be ~10% of the time or less)
Fluency in the English Language – written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Experience with Lean methodologies and structured problem solving

Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing

Strong communication skills
Salary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65.800 to $102,100 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members.
