About the role
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or technical discipline with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or operations environment with demonstrated scope and impact. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Must have permanent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background checks and screenings.
Salary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $127,200 to $217,800 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members. Preferred Qualifications
Proven senior-level leadership experience driving Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives. Experience supporting complex, high-volume, or advanced manufacturing environments. Strong technical credibility with hands-on problem-solving ability. Demonstrated success leading organizational change and executing improvement roadmaps. Strong project management capability with a history of delivering results. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google applications for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
