About the role
Performance Objectives :
Lead quality and reliability for new product development across analog, mixed signal and non-volatile memory based products. Interface with business units, product engineering, Fab, packaging, manufacturing teams and customers to achieve these goals
Coordinate with customers and product development teams to define reliability requirements based on customer use conditions
Perform data analysis and prepare customer friendly reports for communication
Define and manage NPD quality requirements within internal cross-functional teams
Conduct risk assessments, reliability assessments and help drive failure analysis, RCCA post reliability stress to address failures (if any)
Design accelerated reliability stress tests to develop or verify reliability stress (acceleration) models
Work with internal cross-functional teams to deploy thorough characterization routines to ensure successful NPD qualification and customer ramp
Multitask and manage several projects at a time
