About the role
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Experience in semiconductor product development and/or semiconductor process technology development. Strong expertise in Process Integration. Experience in yield analysis and yield improvement activities. Understanding of Power Discrete Devices (Si and SiC experience preferred). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience driving data analysis and automation-based yield improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Experience with Power MOSFET process and/or device technologies. Experience in defect analysis and reliability evaluation. Experience in data analytics, statistical methodologies, and AI-based defect analysis.
