About the role
Job Role The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a team player who is able to work in a cross-functional, cross time-zone semiconductor environment. Technical project leader for the development & release of new products Participate in new product technical specification definition Responsible for planning and execution of committed product engineering key deliverables such as Final test plan content relevant to customer and internal quality control requirements Support prototype, customer samples, and qualification material build Support product characterization, failure analysis, and reliability request Product electrical parametric data analysis and yield enhancement Trouble -shooting peripheral circuits: DESAT short‑circuit protection, OTP thermal protection, UVLO under‑voltage lockout, fault reporting, bootstrap circuit, dv/dt slew‑rate control
Basic data setup for new products in manufacturing system Support manufacturing review and approval for new product release Responsibility to handover completed projects to relevant sustaining engineering team members
