About the role
In this role as a Digital Commerce Functional Expert focusing on merchandising solutions, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle for solutions like TRAX that underpin the global "Own the Store" program. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading the definition and update of the TRAX product backlog, translating business requirements into well-defined criteria and specifications. - Supporting the rollout and continuous improvement of Merchandising solutions features globally, enabling Merchandisers to capture and act on shelf execution data. - Collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Merchandising solutions and related systems. - Acting as a point of contact for coordination with the Merchandising solutions vendor, ensuring support tickets are properly managed. Additionally, you will be involved in product governance, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining product documentation for Merchandising solutions and the Own the Store program. You will liaise with regional and market teams to gather feedback and usage insights while monitoring product performance metrics. Qualifications and Background required for this role include: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, or related field. - Junior Product/PO experience, exposure to agile delivery is a plus. - Basic understanding of image recognition, computer vision, or retail execution platforms. - Comfort with data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting tools. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management tools. As a proactive and autonomous individual with clear communication skills, attention to detail, and a curiosity for digital commerce and FMCG, you will thrive in this role within a global, matrixed organization.
