Senior Quality Engineer

Position: L2_Sr. Quality Engineer As a Senior Quality Engineer at the L2 level in Opteamix, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the quality control procedures for the software products and services delivered by the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that all quality control procedures are effective and efficient and that they align with the company's overall quality goals. Key Responsibilities and Duties Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver Build and enhance UI automation using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Java) Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable automation scripts Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.) Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing Participate in test planning, test case design, and automation strategy Troubleshoot automation failures and provide root cause analysis Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders Learn and implement RPA solutions using UiPath Automate business workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components Provide quick turnaround on automation tasks and production support issues Ensure best practices in test automation architecture and design patterns (POM, BDD, etc.) Skills Requirements 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering Strong hands-on experience with: Selenium WebDriver Playwright Test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, NUnit, etc.) Experience in Java / JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with Git-based version control Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines Strong understanding of SDLC STLC Agile / Scrum methodologies API testing basics (REST, Postman) Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies Required Skills Agile Methodology Functional Testing Regression Testing Test automation, manual test authoring Framework principles Good team player Good communication BDD, Selenium, PlayWright, TestNG, ALM tools Cucumber, GIT / Bit Bucket, Jenkins / ADO, Defect tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3-6 years of experience in software testing concepts Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing phases.
