You are responsible for collaborating with a team to design, develop, test, review, and deliver new functions. You will manage your own tasks and provide technical guidance to junior colleagues. Your role also includes developing User Interface (UI), Batch Jobs, Business Components based on the design document requirements. Additionally, you will develop Mendix components (UI, Workflows / Microflows, Unit Testing, Functional Testing) based on the functional requirements. Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications is a key part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to identify and correct issues, providing appropriate solutions upfront. Maintaining design, development standards, and code quality as per the policy and guidelines defined by the Project Management Office (PMO) is crucial. You will also be involved in developing/configuring workflows and microflows based on the functional requirements. Testing, integrating, documenting, and releasing software while adhering to technical and quality standards will be part of your routine tasks. Any other duties assigned to you will also be part of your role. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 8+ years of hands-on development experience as a Development Team Member. - Strong individual contributor role/team leading skills. - Proficient in UI Design, Workflows, Microflows, Data validation, and security. - Solid experience in SQL Development and Integration. - Proficiency in Asp. Net/Dot Net/C#/Asp. Net Full stack Developer. - Experience with Rest API Integration and Unit Testing & Automation. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS. - Familiarity with Mendix Development. - Ability to write complex SQL Queries and SQL functions. - Experience with code versioning tools such as GIT/SVN. - Good learning ability, teamwork ability, and communication ability; adept at thinking, analyzing, and independently solving problems. - Comfortable with Agile operating models. - Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
