Proxy Product Owner (PPO) Business Banking & SME Onboarding Experience: 10+ Years Location: Bangalore , Chennai / Pune Work Mode : 5 days from office Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager with strong expertise in Business Banking, SME Banking, and Digital Customer Onboarding. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage the product backlog, and deliver digital banking solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Own the product roadmap and backlog. Gather and translate business requirements into user stories. Collaborate with business, technology, UX, and QA teams to deliver product features. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT. Drive digital transformation initiatives for Business Banking and SME customers. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. Mandatory Skills 8+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience. Strong domain experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, and Customer Onboarding. Experience with Digital Account Opening, KYC/AML, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Lifecycle Management. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user stories, and stakeholder management. Good understanding of APIs, Digital Banking platforms, and workflow/BPM solutions. .
