Pune 6+ years Full-time Fraud Rules Engine , IBM ODM, AI/GenAI, Java/Python/Go, Relational/NoSQL OPT0272 Job Description 6+ years of Software Engineering experience with strong expertise in Fraud Rules Engines (IBM ODM preferred), including hands-on rule authoring, implementation, and optimization in production environments. Proven track record in platform modernization and large-scale migration initiatives, supporting high-throughput, low-latency, highly available systems within banking, payments, or financial services domains. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Go, with experience in scalable distributed architectures, relational and NoSQL databases, performance tuning, automation, and DevOps best practices. Experience leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven solutions to enhance fraud detection, rule management, operational efficiency, and business decisioning processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, drive implementation best practices, deliver business-critical solutions, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Additional details Location: Pune. Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO and 2 days WFH). Shift Timing: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST. Immediate joiners are preferred.
