Technical Project Manager

Job Description Lead end-to-end delivery of the Unified Patch Management Solution across enterprise endpoints and infrastructure Plan, execute, and govern patch management programs within banking or regulated environments Coordinate with Infrastructure, Endpoint, Cyber Security, and Vendor teams Ensure compliance with security standards, vulnerability management, and regulatory requirements Manage patch schedules, change windows, and release planning aligned with Change Management processes Define and enforce patch management policies, procedures, and operational runbooks Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks related to patching and system stability Ensure integration with ITSM, Change, and Incident Management processes Lead governance forums, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU operations Qualifications Strong expertise in enterprise patch management and endpoint management solutions Solid understanding of Windows and Linux patching concepts Experience working in regulated environments (banking preferred) Strong knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and ITSM frameworks Experience collaborating with Cyber Security and Vulnerability Management teams Excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and documentation skills PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification Experience with SCCM, WSUS, Intune, BigFix, Tanium, or similar tools Experience working with offshore delivery teams Experience Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager Proven track record delivering enterprise patch or endpoint management programs Experience managing large-scale infrastructure and security-driven initiatives Exposure to governance frameworks and executive-level reporting Experience working in banking or regulated industries Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
