About The Opportunity A fast-scaling enterprise SaaS and digital transformation partner operating across India and global markets, we enable mid-to-large businesses to modernize contract lifecycle management, procurement, and compliance workflows through smart, automation-first solutions. Our clients span fintech, legal tech, healthcare, and manufacturingrelying on us to turn complex operational needs into streamlined, scalable systems powered by Ironclad and adjacent platforms. Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Ironclad implementations: gather requirements, configure workflows, design approval chains, and map user roles across legal, procurement, and finance teams. Translate business policy into automated contract lifecycle rulesdrafting, routing, signing, renewals, and compliance archivingwith zero manual intervention. Own integration strategy between Ironclad and enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, DocuSign, ERP, and HRIS via APIs or middleware. Conduct user training, process documentation, and UAT sessions to drive adoption and reduce dependency on IT or legal ops. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot gaps in automation, and deliver iterative enhancements based on real-world usage analytics. Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure Ironclad deployments align with internal controls, SOC2, GDPR, and internal audit standards. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Ironclad CLM Platform Contract Lifecycle Management Business Process Automation API Integrations (REST/SOAP) ERP/CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) Workflow Configuration Tools Document Automation SaaS Implementation Preferred Experience with DocuSign CLM or Agiloft Knowledge of legal or procurement ops workflows Basic SQL or data modeling for reporting Benefits & Culture Highlights 100% remote with flexible hourswork from anywhere in India.
