Role & responsibilities Job Title : AI/Python Developer Experience: 5-10 Years Location: Bangalore / Mumbai Notice Period: Strictly Immediate to Max 15 Days Mandatory Skills: AI,Python devlopment,RAG,Vector DB Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI/Python Developer with strong expertise in Python programming, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing scalable AI solutions, integrating LLMs, and building intelligent applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications using Python. Build and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. Develop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agents. Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI models through APIs. Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS. Develop REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and production deployment. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to deliver AI solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing AI applications. Required Skills 5-10 years of experience in Python development. Strong programming skills in Python. Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI Agents. Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks. Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Hugging Face models. Strong understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases. Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Preferred Skills Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems. Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment. Familiarity with Airflow, MLflow, or Kubeflow. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
