Role & responsibilities Job Summary We are looking for an experienced OpenText Documentum Developer with strong expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Documentum applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure content management solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and maintain OpenText Documentum applications. Develop and support workflows using Documentum Process Builder and Business Process Manager (BPM). Configure and administer Documentum repositories, object types, lifecycles, and security. Develop custom applications using DFC (Documentum Foundation Classes), REST APIs, and Web Services. Work with Documentum Content Server, DA (Documentum Administrator), and D2/xCP applications. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance. Perform deployments, migrations, upgrades, and patch installations. Integrate Documentum with enterprise applications using REST/SOA technologies. Develop SQL queries and work with Oracle/SQL Server databases. Prepare technical documentation and provide production support. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills Strong experience with OpenText Documentum ECM. Hands-on experience with Documentum Content Server. Experience with DFC (Documentum Foundation Classes). Knowledge of Documentum Administrator (DA). Experience with Documentum D2 or xCP. Workflow development using Process Builder/BPM. Repository configuration, security, ACLs, lifecycles, and object types. Experience with REST APIs and Web Services. Java/J2EE development experience. SQL knowledge (Oracle or SQL Server). Linux/Windows server administration knowledge. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills Experience with OpenText OTDS (OpenText Directory Services). Knowledge of CTS (Content Transformation Services). Experience in Documentum migrations and upgrades. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, or CI/CD tools. Agile/Scrum development experience. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
