Program Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management from business award to Start of Production (SOP). Manage customer relationships, commercial discussions, and technical coordination. Drive Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), timing, and profitability targets. Monitor program plans, budgets, risks, and business performance. Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance. Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, PMS, and automotive program management processes. Resolve technical and commercial issues while ensuring successful program launch and production ramp-up. Preferred Candidate Profile 10-15 years of Program Management experience in Automotive Tier-1 MNCs. Experience managing complete product development programs from award to SOP. Background in Exhaust Systems, Powertrain, Engine Components, Thermal Systems, or Automotive Metal Products preferred. 2-Wheeler automotive experience is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, NPI/NPD, Program Launch, and Automotive Quality Systems. Proven experience in customer management, commercial negotiations, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership. Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory; Master's degree is preferred.
