Job role Job Role - Application Consultant – Avature The Application Consultant – Avature is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading the successful design, configuration, and delivery of complex Avature solutions for enterprise clients. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, consulting, and implementation expertise to deliver scalable talent acquisition and CRM solutions aligned with client objectives. As the primary delivery lead for assigned engagements or workstreams, the consultant manages client relationships, drives solution design, oversees configuration quality, facilitates testing and user acceptance, and ensures successful project execution. The role also provides technical leadership and mentorship to Functional Analysts, contributes to delivery standards, reusable assets, and best practices, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Work Mode:** Hybrid (Preferred) / Remote (Exceptional Candidates) Qualifications Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Avature certification is highly encouraged and preferred for this role. Experience 6–10+ years of experience in HR Technology, Talent Acquisition Systems, CRM, ATS, or enterprise software consulting. Mandatory hands-on experience with Avature platform configuration and implementation across ATS, CRM, Candidate Portals, Workflows, Automation, Permissions, and related modules. Proven experience leading end-to-end client implementations or major workstreams within enterprise transformation projects. Experience conducting business discovery workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and go-live support. Strong consulting experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders. Experience mentoring junior consultants or analysts and performing solution reviews. Exposure to system integrations, APIs, and cross-functional solution architecture is preferred.
