Job Description – Enterprise Architect Position Enterprise Architect – AI, Cloud & Digital Transformation Experience 15+ years Location Hybrid Reports To Head of Technology Director Role Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Cloud, Digital Transformation, AI, and Technology Consulting. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-wide technology strategy, define target architectures, lead large transformation initiatives, and architect AI-enabled business solutions aligned with organizational objectives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, and delivery organizations to build scalable, secure, and future-ready technology platforms while leveraging AI, Generative AI, automation, and modern cloud-native architectures. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, principles, standards, and governance. Define current-state, target-state, and transition architectures. Lead architecture review boards and design governance. Solution Architecture Lead architecture and solution design for large enterprise transformation programs. Design scalable cloud-native, API-first, event-driven, and microservices-based solutions. AI & Generative AI Lead Enterprise AI Adoption Including Enterprise AI roadmap AI governance Cloud & Platform Architecture Lead Cloud Transformation Initiatives Involving Platform Engineering Technology Strategy Define enterprise technology roadmap. Develop reference architectures and reusable technology patterns. Evaluate COTS, SaaS, PaaS, and custom engineering approaches. Recommend modernization strategies (Retain, Rehost, Refactor, Replatform, Repurchase, Retire). Lead technology standardization initiatives. Architecture Governance Establish Governance For Architecture reviews Solution approvals Security architecture API governance Design standards Required Technical Skills Enterprise Architecture TOGAF Zachman Framework ArchiMate Business Capability Mapping Value Stream Mapping Enterprise Architecture Repository Solution Architecture Microservices Domain Driven Design (DDD) Event-Driven Architecture API Management Enterprise Integration Patterns SOA Cloud-native Architecture Leadership Responsibilities Lead enterprise architecture practice. Mentor solution architects and technical leads. Drive architecture governance. Build reusable architecture assets. Lead architecture communities of practice. Support strategic bids and presales activities. Participate in executive steering committees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree (preferred). They should be comfortable leading executive discussions, shaping large transformation programs, governing enterprise architecture, and driving adoption of cloud, data, and AI technologies to deliver measurable business outcomes.
