Office Project Architect - Co-ordination Lead

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as an Office Project Architect - Coordination Lead, ensuring the seamless execution of projects by bridging design, technical detailing, consultants, and on-site execution. Your responsibilities will include maintaining clarity, consistency, and coordination throughout all project stages. Key Responsibilities: - Lead coordination efforts across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines - Oversee and align all drawing packages, including Schematic Planning, Detailed Drawings (MEP, working drawings), Interior Drawings & Render Outputs, and Facade / Exterior Development - Review drawings for accuracy, conflicts, and buildability - Interface with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and clients - Ensure timely issuance of drawings with proper version control - Translate design intent into clear, executable documentation - Maintain workflow clarity within the studio and across sites Qualification Required: - 7-10 years of professional experience in architectural practice - Strong command over multi-disciplinary coordination - Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings - Experience handling projects through design to execution stages - Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, D5, Adobe Suite, and MS Office - Strong communication and decision-making abilities Additional Details: The company emphasizes qualities such as being detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, calm, structured, and solution-driven, able to manage complexity without losing clarity, confident in dealing with clients and consultants, and committed to maintaining design integrity through execution.
