Project Architect Coordination Lead

As a Project Architect Coordination Lead at our studio in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our projects. Your responsibilities will involve leading coordination efforts across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. You will oversee and align all drawing packages, including Schematic Planning, Detailed Drawings (MEP, working drawings), Interior Drawings & Render Outputs, and Facade / Exterior Development. It will be your duty to review drawings for accuracy, conflicts, and buildability, and interface with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines - Overseeing and aligning all drawing packages, including Schematic Planning, Detailed Drawings, Interior Drawings & Render Outputs, and Facade / Exterior Development - Reviewing drawings for accuracy, conflicts, and buildability - Interface with consultants, PMCs, contractors, and clients - Ensuring timely issuance of drawings with proper version control - Translating design intent into clear, executable documentation - Maintaining workflow clarity within the studio and across sites To excel in this role, you should have 7 to 10 years of professional experience in architectural practice, a strong command over multi-disciplinary coordination, and the ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Experience in handling projects through design to execution stages is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Blender, and MS Office is required. Strong communication and decision-making abilities are also crucial. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with a strong sense of ownership, who are calm, structured, and solution-driven.
