UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior UX/UI Designer at P360, you will represent the UX Team and contribute to product designs and user research efforts. With your strong understanding of SaaS design principles, you will create use cases, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to ensure intuitive UX/UI design across devices and platforms. Your collaboration skills will be vital as you work effectively with product and engineering teams to achieve the company's objectives and vision for the future of the product. Key Responsibilities: - Create and explain multi-step and cross-platform flows - Demonstrate proficiency in sketching, wireframing, and designing end-to-end SaaS products - Conduct user research and usability testing - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams - Identify problems, propose solutions, and drive improvements - Seek feedback from the UX Team or Subject Matter Experts - Meet tight deadlines and ensure consistent quality Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in UX and UI design - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant UX/UI design tools - Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in wireframing, user flow creation, style guides creation, design systems creation, and high-fidelity prototyping - Exceptional time management skills - Competitive analysis and usability testing experience - Front-end and CSS framework experience is a plus - Must have 4-6 years of relevant experience - Willingness to work Evening or Night Shifts - Immediate availability within 15 days preferred Please note that only candidates meeting the current requirements will be contacted.
