About the role
P360 is an advanced pharmaceutical software company specializing in business technology development and implementation for pharma and life sciences companies worldwide. We specialize in technology that boosts operational efficiencies across the entire organization while giving a unique view of how your internal process is functioning and how to improve them. We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our company. As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will represent the UX Team and contribute to our team's product designs and user research efforts. You will work as an experienced designer on a team with some direction. You can help frame problems, develop feasible ideas, validate designs based on user feedback, and iterate accordingly. You demonstrate a strong understanding of the SaaS design principles and can fluently apply these to your work. You can produce use cases, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive UX/UI design across devices and platforms. Design: Fluent in sketching and wireframing complex features and user journeys. You can clearly explain how research influenced your design. Proficient in conducting user research and usability testing. Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and project teams in all stages of design and development. Be responsible for meeting tight deadlines and ensuring consistent quality. Demonstrate your passion for interaction design & learning about users and their problems and share that passion with your team members. You proactively seek feedback from the UX Team or SME on your work when it's useful. 6+ years of relevant experience in UX and UI design, including: Design systems creation Design presentation Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and or other relevant UX/UI design tools Competitive analysis Usability testing Front-end and CSS framework experience is a plus.
