Continuous Improvement (CI) & Supply Chain Analyst

In this role at Pall Corporation, you will be part of the Global Strategic Sourcing function as a DBSL & Supply Chain Analyst. Your main responsibility will involve supporting reporting and data analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making processes aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels to deliver actionable insights and ensure efficient, accurate reporting systems. Role Overview: As a DBSL & Supply Chain Analyst at Pall Corporation, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing a global reporting and analytics strategy to identify opportunities for KPI improvement and cost reduction in Strategic Sourcing. You will also be responsible for maintaining reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a global reporting and analytics strategy aligned with company objectives. - Design, maintain, and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualization tools. - Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. - Manage end-to-end reporting and analytics initiatives, including ad-hoc analysis and process optimization. - Drive continuous improvement using DBS tools, leading Kaizens, PSPs, and action plans to close KPI gaps. Qualifications Required: - B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical or Industrial or equivalent) with minimum 7-9 yrs of relevant experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, or related field. - 4 years of experience in data analytics with proficiency in at least two of the following: SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar. - Agility working with cross-functional teams and synthesizing data for concise business insights. - Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, lean problem solving, and driving process. - Proficiency in SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, and preferably knowledge of SAP DataSphere/DataLake, SAP Analytics Cloud. Additional Details: - Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%. - Previous experience in a global supply chain is desired. - Proven project management skills would be a plus.
