Job Title: Trainee Civil Engineer (Tekla Concrete Modeler) Location: Chennai / Trichy Experience: Freshers (2025 & 2026 Pass-outs Only) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Trainees. The role involves working on Tekla-based concrete modeling and precast detailing. Candidates should have a strong foundation in civil engineering concepts and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in Tekla Concrete modeling and precast detailing Perform structural detailing, modeling, and checking Interpret engineering drawings and specifications Ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables Coordinate with internal teams for project execution Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes Eligibility Criteria: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2025 or 2026 pass-outs only) Strong understanding of civil engineering fundamentals Good English communication skills (written and verbal) Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment Basic knowledge of structural drawings/detailing is an added advantage Preferred Skills: Interest in Tekla Structures / Precast Modeling Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Positive attitude and eagerness to learn What We Offer: Hands-on training in Tekla and precast detailing Opportunity to work on real-time projects Career growth and skill development
